with QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations) and
we obtain funding through MERSETA to train apprentices and place them
in permanent jobs once qualified.

and stability, Darren established Empowerment Academy to bridge the gap
between opportunity and potential. His vision is simple yet powerful: to

PANELBEATING
Panelbeating is a vital part of South Africa’s repair industry,
restoring vehicles after accidents. Panelbeaters repair
bodywork to ensure both safety and appearance.
SPRAY PAINTING
Spray painting is a key trade in South Africa’s automotive
industry, ensuring vehicles look good and are protected from
